  Formerly known as Hill Top, much of the present house dates back to the 18th century, which with later 19th century additions became a grand country residence.     For the past 50 years Holme Park has been used as a private school. Now the property has undergone major renovation to ensure the structural soundness of the building and the architectural features have been restored as far as practicable to bring Holme Park back to a state worthy of its Grade 2 listing.
