Applethwaite Homes has launched a new website with the help of web specialists, Soap Media.

In the past year the company has shifted its focus on to mainstream new-build housing from beyond its original Cumbria base into Lancashire with the support and expertise of the Eric Wright Group.

Applethwaite are working with the Group’s skilled construction team on a number of residential projects such as Tennyson Drive in Bispham and Derby Road in Wesham which is due to commence this spring.

To promote these new homes Applethwaite wanted to create a fresh website to showcase its current and forthcoming residential developments to a new audience.

As a result of the collaborative process, Soap Media created a clean website that offers an outstanding user experience and up-to-date information on all housing developments.

Adding value to its online offering, the new format has a clear-cut navigation structure, making it easier for web users to find the information they are looking for quickly.

Mike Henry, Director at Applethwaite, said: “The new website provides an intuitive yet informative site for any home buyer and will work to enhance our future online presence.

“In recent months we have developed a portfolio of standard house types which we believe reflects the quality and style of traditional homes, whilst satisfying the needs of modern living. The new house types will start to appear as new developments are rolled out later this year and we are confident that our new website will help to showcase the broad range of housing we have to offer.”
