We have received planning permission to move forward with a development of 25 bungalows in Brookhouse, Lancaster.

The two and three bedroom bungalows, built in stone will be available to over 55's as part of the approved planning conditions.

The bungalows will be finished to Applethwaite’s usual high quality specification, with designer bathrooms, a choice of kitchen and electric vehicle charging points included as standard.

Brookhouse is east of Lancaster, just off the A683. The village has excellent amenities and is well placed for scenic walks along the River Lune.

Building work is due to commence in 2024.
